Starters United was created to help new players learn the game, Be protected from bullies before players could really get set up. To make Empire enjoyable and have fun.

Notice to Alliances. Do not request a random PACT or NAA.
I do not answer them. Write a letter to me expalining why you want one and what benifit you are seeking,

We follow these guide lines.
We accept attacks are part of the game and will not interven unless a member is being bullied. We strike and expect a counter strike.  
If An Alliance retailiates in force to a attack we will do the same in kind.
We ask that attacks be held to 2 times a week as this is one of our guide lines.

Castles are free to attack but out post are suppost to be off limits.  We will follow this unless one of our out post is attacked. Then the player who attacked one of our outpost is free game on all of his or her outpost and castle.
Simply put, Attack our outpost means that you don't mine having yours attacked.
