1. Don't Go into Ruins. IF a member goes into ruins and has atleast one outpost they are removed from the alliance for a time, That outpost is then raided for the resources by other members till a time the member in ruins returns. A new invite will be sent to the former member to rejoin and the alliance will help that member rebuild.

2. Can you attack a member of another Alliance.
YES!
Under these guide lines.
2.1 No more than 2 times a week
2.2 You are close in levels
2.3. Expect retaliation and fellow Alliance members may help you defend in this but not attack in retaliation to thier retailiation. (Comunication is key here)
2.4. Expect attacks from time to time as this is a war game as long as you are not bullied. If you are attaced more than twice per week by an alliance or player contact me or command.

3. Attacking outpost.
Apparently in our area, attacking a outpost is taboo. Castles are free to attack but out post are suppost to be off limits. We will follow this unless one of our out post is attacked. Then the player who attacked one of our outpost is free game on all of his or her outpost and castle. If an outpost is used to attack us that outpost becomes a target.

4. No Attacks on WaveGulla Alli members.
If you are attacked by a member of WaveGulla Alli contact Calamon. Leader of Starters United. With Players name, location attacked. and Loot lost.
(In the past we did small attacks to each other to maintain honor and glory. This is no longer allowed.)

5. Donations
Members are expected to donate from day 2. We do not request much and a member who donates regularly is more likely to be promoted when the need arises. The amount of donation daily expected is a members level worth in each resource and gold, Rubies are not required to donate and are viewed as a true gift. At times members may be asked to stop donating 1 or 2 itemes and dubble or triple another item. In short, your total donation daily should be 3x your level. This is required and is checked. Donations help the alliance gain power and benifit the members.
